To support the strong growth of our fire detection activities and to continue to guarantee a high level of excellence to our clients, we are strengthening our Fire Safety Service organisation in Geneva.
As part of this development, we are creating a second team of technicians and are looking for a Fire Safety Operations Service Team Leader. This key role will actively participate in the development of our organisation and in supporting a team of nearly 35 employees distributed under several team leaders. This new position aims to strengthen managerial proximity, technical support and the quality of our services on site, in a context of sustained growth of our activities.

Your new tasks
As Team Leader, you will be responsible for:
- Managing and supporting one of the Fire Safety service technician teams.
- Ensuring the development of the technical and professional skills of the employees.
- Guaranteeing the monitoring of accreditations, PPE, safety training and compliance with EHS requirements.
- Ensuring the quality of services performed at our clients’ sites (maintenance, troubleshooting, commissioning, periodic inspections, etc.).
- Working closely with the Fire Safety Operations Team Leader in Geneva as well as with the leader of the second technician team.
- Coordinating the handling of recurring breakdowns in collaboration with the reference technicians and technical experts.
- Monitoring strategic clients and participating in the preparation of incident reports.
- Actively contributing to the continuous improvement of our processes and to client satisfaction.

- Good technical understanding of fire detection systems to support teams in diagnostics and troubleshooting actions.
