The Personnel Office works as a cross-sectional office closely with the decentralised HR management of the departments, the State Chancellery, and the courts. It is responsible for the holistic implementation of personnel law and personnel strategy guidelines. Personnel and Organisational Development (POE) supports managers and employees in personnel management matters and provides a wide range of training and consulting services.

Specialist POE Digital Learning and Knowledge Management (m/f/d)
Workload: 80-100%

What to expect
- Development and implementation of a modern digital learning and knowledge management system focusing on e-learning, blended and social learning
- Design, planning and further development of innovative learning offerings as well as organisation of webinars, virtual training sessions, learning videos and digital learning campaigns
- Co-design, support and further development of the Learning Management Systems (SAP SuccessFactors, Comperio Training+, Easylearn) as well as optimisation of digital workflows
- Consultation and support of managers and employees on digital learning issues as well as accompanying change and digitalisation initiatives
- Further development of internal seminar offerings and hybrid learning formats as well as ensuring sustainable learning transfer
- Participation in digitalisation projects and specialist committees as well as continuous optimisation of processes in the area of personnel and organisational development
- Collaboration with internal and external partners as well as coordination of specialist and application issues in the digital learning environment
What distinguishes you
- Completed studies or higher professional qualification in business administration, digital business & AI, business education, media informatics or a comparable field
- Further training in digital learning (DAS/MAS) or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in personnel development, learning & development, corporate learning or education
- Very good knowledge of digital learning, didactics and learning process design as well as confident handling of digital learning and authoring tools
- Analytical, structured and solution-oriented working style with strong implementation skills
- Experience with learning management systems as well as in the development and implementation of digital and hybrid learning formats
