Site Manager

Villvert SA is a general contractor specialising notably in timber frame construction; we build villas, apartment buildings and property developments throughout French-speaking Switzerland. Our team consists of around forty employees.

Your profile:

• You have at least 2 years of experience in construction.
• You are capable of assuming sole technical and financial responsibility for a project.
• You are comfortable with demanding clients and current regulations.

We are looking for:

• Coordination with clients and the municipality regarding plan choices and modifications.
• Preparation and awarding of tenders.
• Site supervision.
• Cost and budget management.
• Measurement of new projects.
