Your role – responsibility with scope for design
You take on a central role in our corporate group and benefit from a lot of trust:
- Defining and implementing goals in the area of safety and health protection
- Planning and conducting hazard analyses and risk assessments
- Further development and regular review of the safety concept
- Contact person for SUVA and external bodies
- Obtaining and evaluating offers for building materials, work equipment, protective equipment and subcontractor services
- Maintenance, care and further development of the QM system
- Planning, organisation and implementation of internal audits
- Monitoring and ensuring quality standards
- Carrying out and documenting quality controls on construction sites
- Supporting construction and project management in quality matters
- Training and raising awareness of employees in the areas of quality and occupational safety
What you bring with you
You are structured, solution-oriented and strong in leadership – and have:
- Training in construction or comparable qualification (e.g. site manager)
- Further training in occupational safety (SiBe, EKAS etc.)
- Experience in quality management
- Strong communication skills and a calm, solution-oriented and assertive manner
- Confident handling of Office 365 and common construction software
