We are looking for a
Finance Clerk (m/f/d) 100%
Your area of responsibility
- Responsibility for the general ledger as well as accounts receivable and accounts payable for several staff restaurants
- Preparation, processing and review of monthly financial statements
- Contact person for customer enquiries regarding invoices and billing
- Support of operations management in business management issues
- Monitoring of payment transactions and cash management
- Preparation of analyses and evaluations using SAP, Excel and Word
- Assistance with closing tasks, accruals and plausibility checks
Your profile
- Completed training in finance and accounting
- At least 5 years of professional experience in a comparable role
- Very good German skills, additional language skills in French and/or English are a plus
- Ideally knowledge of SAP FI/CO
- Good user skills in MS Office, especially Excel
- Service-oriented, communicative and team-oriented personality
- High initiative as well as an independent and structured way of working
- Strong numerical understanding as well as analytical and interconnected thinking
