You have extensive experience in the automotive sector and do not just want to manage a workshop, but actively shape, decide and take responsibility?
- Technical and organisational management of the workshop operations
- Planning, coordination and monitoring of daily workflows
- Contact person for customers regarding technical concerns and service questions
- Vehicle reception and handover of vehicles to customers
- Consultation on repairs, service work and technical solutions
- Support of the team in demanding diagnostic and repair work
- Analysis and resolution of complex technical issues
- Ensuring high service and work quality
- Participation in the training and promotion of apprentices
- Close cooperation with management in operational decisions
- Completed training as an automotive mechatronics technician EFZ or automotive specialist EFZ
- Several years of professional experience in a workshop environment
- Initial leadership experience or motivation to take on a leadership role
- Entrepreneurial thinking and high personal responsibility
- Enjoyment of direct customer contact
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
- Driving licence category B
- Good user knowledge of common MS Office programmes
- Responsible key position with a wide scope for action
