Technical Process Manager 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• You actively participate in process trials and carry them out according to specifications.

• You programme new parts with the CAM system or directly on the machine and set them up independently.

• You manage the operating instructions on all production machines, create new instructions and update existing processes.

• You monitor compliance with the operating instructions and contribute to the continuous optimisation of production processes.

• You manage the tool and equipment inventories in production and organise resharpening, disposal, and replacement procurement.

• You visualise the tool inventories according to Lean methods and ensure a clear and efficient organisation in production.

What do I need to be successful?

• You have completed vocational training as a polymechanic or a comparable technical qualification. Further training in the technical field, for example as a process specialist or industrial foreman, is an advantage.

• You bring at least ten years of experience in a manufacturing company as well as sound knowledge in machining.

• You are familiar with common controls such as Siemens, Fanuc and Heidenhain and apply your expertise confidently in practice.

• You convince with a responsible, reliable, independent and precise way of working.
