Your main areas of responsibility include

• overall responsibility for financial accounting, controlling, taxes and insurance
• management and further development of the areas of financial accounting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, controlling and payroll
• leading a team of 4 employees, deputy regulation
• preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements according to Swiss GAAP FER
• responsibility for budgeting, forecasts and management reporting
• ensuring forward-looking liquidity planning and financial corporate management
• tax planning as well as cooperation with auditors and external tax experts
• preparation of tax returns and VAT statements
• responsibility for payroll accounting including year-end statements and salary certificates
• ensuring correct handling of all social insurances
• management of insurance and coordination with external partners
• responsibility for contract and property management (rental agreements)
• further development of controlling as well as KPI and management information systems
• digitalisation and optimisation of finance- and HR-related processes
• participation in strategic projects and risk management

Your profile

• commercial basic training in finance and business administration further education (FH or similar) with a focus on finance, accounting or controlling
• ideally further education as a certified expert in accounting & controlling or comparable qualification
• several years of leadership experience in a comparable position, preferably in a trading company or SME
• very good knowledge of finance and accounting, controlling, payroll and social security law
• experience with ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics NAV
• very good German and French skills in spoken and written form; Italian is an advantage
• analytical, structured and solution-oriented working style
• entrepreneurial thinking, high integrity as well as strong communication and leadership skills
• comprehensive knowledge of Swiss accounting and tax law
