The night shift team ensures safe and efficient patient care during the night. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed and experienced nursing professional as team leader, who is responsible for organizing and leading the night shift team and ensuring smooth, cross-clinic work.
Tasks
- Professional and personnel leadership of the cross-clinic night shift team
- Ensuring professional nursing and care of patients during the night in various clinical areas
- Coordination and guarantee of quick, targeted action in acute situations
- Close cooperation with interdisciplinary teams and ensuring communication channels between the different clinics
- Responsibility for deployment planning, team development, and quality assurance
- Co-design and optimization of work processes during the night shift
Profile
- Completed training as a nursing professional (HF, FH or equivalent)
- Several years of professional experience in nursing, ideally with leadership experience
- Competence in handling acute medical and psychiatric emergencies
- Strong leadership qualities, communication skills, and organizational talent
- Resilience, flexibility, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations
- Enjoyment of working in a dynamic, interdisciplinary environment
