Your Tasks

• Project Management: You are responsible for leading and implementing strategic and operational projects or collaborate on them (project / subproject management).
• Decision-Making Basis: You develop concepts, analyses, and well-founded decision-making bases for management together with the relevant departments.
• Optimisation: You analyse existing processes, structures, and organisational workflows, identify optimisation and digitalisation potentials, and develop suitable solution approaches together with the departments.
• Implementation: You accompany the introduction of new processes, systems, and technologies.
• Coordination: You coordinate collaboration between departments, IT, and external partners.
• Workshops and Moderation: You plan and moderate workshops, working groups, and project meetings.

Your Profile

• Education: You have a completed degree, for example in health economics, health management, business administration with a focus on healthcare, medical informatics, or a comparable qualification.
• Experience: You bring 3–5 years of professional experience in healthcare, especially in project work or consulting.
• Interest: You are passionate about organisational development, digitalisation, project management, and change processes and want to actively shape the further development of healthcare.
• Context: You have a good understanding of business management contexts as well as healthcare processes.
• Personality: You have an analytical, structured, and solution-oriented mindset, act independently, are reliable, and work precisely. High initiative as well as enjoyment of cross-departmental collaboration characterise you just as much as pronounced communication and team skills.
