Your tasks
- Spoiling guests at the bar and working in the background
- Serving guests and selling drinks and food in the Mountain Mac
- Preparing hot and cold drinks
- Working in a loud and hectic environment indoors and outdoors
- Clearing and washing glasses during bar operation
- Supporting the all-rounders and occasional assignments as an all-rounder
- Daily preparation work (snow clearing, setting up outdoor bars/outdoor area)
- Daily closing tasks such as restocking and cleaning the bar, cleaning the sanitary facilities
What you bring
- Experience in gastronomy, bar experience is an advantage, but not a requirement
- You speak very good German and understand Swiss German if possible
- Willingness to work flexible hours and occasional evening shifts at events and functions
- Resilience, reliability, team player, quick comprehension, and maintaining overview in stressful situations
- Enjoyment of experiencing a winter season in the Bündner mountains
