Carpenter EFZ (80-100 %)
This excites you
- You produce individual customer orders, from interior furniture fitting to kitchens and general carpentry work
- You assist with installations and ensure that our work is carried out professionally
- You actively collaborate with our apprentices and pass on your expertise in daily work
- You supervise carpenter apprentices EFZ/EBA as well as student interns and trial learners
- You contribute your own ideas and help to further develop our processes and projects
- You appreciate the variety between workshop, installation, and training assignments
You bring with you
- Completed training as a carpenter EFZ
- Driving licence category B
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Enjoyment of high-quality carpentry work
- Team spirit, reliability, and a good sense of humour
- High social competence and interest in supporting young people in developmental crises
- Patience, understanding, and the ability to motivate and encourage young people
