Carpenter EFZ (80-100 %)

This excites you

• You produce individual customer orders, from interior furniture fitting to kitchens and general carpentry work
• You assist with installations and ensure that our work is carried out professionally
• You actively collaborate with our apprentices and pass on your expertise in daily work
• You supervise carpenter apprentices EFZ/EBA as well as student interns and trial learners
• You contribute your own ideas and help to further develop our processes and projects
• You appreciate the variety between workshop, installation, and training assignments

You bring with you

• Completed training as a carpenter EFZ
• Driving licence category B
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• Enjoyment of high-quality carpentry work
• Team spirit, reliability, and a good sense of humour
• High social competence and interest in supporting young people in developmental crises
• Patience, understanding, and the ability to motivate and encourage young people
