Thanks to your professional and personal qualities, you contribute to maintaining the high performance level at Polymed. To strengthen our field service team, we are looking – immediately or by arrangement – for a Sales Employee Field Service (80–100 %) for the Manno (TI) location.
In this exciting role, you independently support our sales activities and services in the canton of Ticino. Thanks to your organisational talent and your routine in administrative and commercial tasks, you are an important member of our team. You also help ensure a high-quality service for our customers.
Your tasks
• Sale of products and services in the medical field
• Active advice and support
• Telephone and written sales consultation
• Follow-up of offers, ongoing projects, and customer enquiries
• Acquisition and support of new and existing customers
• Delivery, installation, and training of products at the customer’s site
• Participation in trade fairs, training sessions, and product presentations
• General administrative tasks
Your profile
• Training as a Medical Practice Assistant (MPA) or experience in the medical field
• Very good language skills in Italian (spoken & written), German and French are an advantage
• Enjoyment of sales and direct customer contact
• Independent, proactive, and communicative personality
• High service orientation with precise working methods
• Natural inclination to find solutions
• Strong team spirit to achieve common goals
• Very good knowledge of common MS Office programmes
• Driving licence category B mandatory
• Valid work permit for non-Swiss nationals
