Your tasks
- You are responsible for the stable operation of the client infrastructure and ensure that hardware, software, and user environment function reliably and in a standardized manner.
- In 2nd level support, you assist users not only with disruptions but also ensure that ICT work tools are used efficiently, safely, and sensibly.
- You support troubleshooting around Microsoft 365, analyze technical challenges, and specifically bring new functions and developments into productive operation.
- By creating and maintaining documentation, checklists, and instructions, you create transparency, secure knowledge sustainably, and contribute to clear, functioning processes.
- You actively contribute your experience to ICT projects, accompany the introduction of new technologies, optimize existing solutions, and provide targeted support at cantonal locations as needed.
Your profile
- You have completed training as an IT specialist EFZ or an equivalent qualification and want to apply your expertise in a professional, stable ICT environment.
- You work confidently with Windows 11, Office 365 (client operation), Active Directory, and TCP/IP and appreciate structured environments where quality and sustainability matter.
- Ideally, you have experience using Intune (Mobile Device Management); knowledge of Citrix and VDI infrastructures as well as 2nd level support complement your profile perfectly.
- You like to work solution-oriented, keep an overview even with more complex issues, and navigate confidently in ticket systems of larger organizations.
- Clear and confident communication in German is natural for you – both in exchange with users and in documentation.
- You hold a category B driving license and appreciate a role that connects occasional assignments at different locations.
