Your Challenge
- Professional care and support of our patients in close collaboration with the qualified nursing staff (tandem)
- Execution of medical and nursing technical tasks based on the hospital’s guidelines and concepts
- Independent design of preventive and health-promoting measures
- Maintaining complete and accurate nursing documentation
- Carrying out tasks in administration, hospitality, and logistics
- Active participation and shared responsibility for nursing quality
Your Profile
- Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ with professional experience, preferably in acute care
- High social competence and strong empathy
- Flexibility and resilience in rapidly changing situations
- Interest in deepening and further developing professional knowledge
- Positive attitude and enjoyment in guiding trainees and interns
- Good IT user skills
