For our ward for supplementary insured and rehabilitation patients, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a Health Specialist (80 – 100 %)

Your Challenge

Professional care and support of our patients in close collaboration with the qualified nursing staff (tandem)
Execution of medical and nursing technical tasks based on the hospital’s guidelines and concepts
Independent design of preventive and health-promoting measures
Maintaining complete and accurate nursing documentation
Carrying out tasks in administration, hospitality, and logistics
Active participation and shared responsibility for nursing quality

Your Profile

Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ with professional experience, preferably in acute care
High social competence and strong empathy
Flexibility and resilience in rapidly changing situations
Interest in deepening and further developing professional knowledge
Positive attitude and enjoyment in guiding trainees and interns
Good IT user skills
