To strengthen our team in the Olten / Solothurn area, we are looking for motivated, physically fit and reliable individuals for demanding assignments in the hospital security service.Your tasks
- Ensuring peace, order and safety in the hospital area
- Conducting patrols and presence duties
- Supporting hospital staff in challenging or conflict-laden situations
- Enforcing the house rules
- De-escalating and appropriate behaviour in incidents
- Contact person for patients, visitors and staff
- Initiating appropriate measures in special events
- Preparing reports and incident notifications
What you bring:
- Minimum age 21 years
- Very good physical fitness and high resilience
- Good German skills, spoken and written
- Additional language skills are an advantage
- Neat appearance and confident demeanour
- Strong communication and de-escalation skills
- Sense of responsibility, reliability and high social competence
- Willingness to work irregular hours, especially evenings, nights and weekends
- Discretion and professional handling of sensitive situations
- Impeccable reputation
- Current criminal record extract required
- Experience in security, order or healthcare sectors is an advantage
- Category B driving licence and own vehicle are advantageous
