In this context, we are looking for a:

Project Manager & Technical Referent for French-speaking Switzerland (80–100%)

Position based in Lausanne

You will hold a genuine interface role between our clients, our sales teams, our production teams, and the group’s specialists based in Zurich.

You will support our clients in defining and deploying technical and digital solutions tailored to their projects and will gradually become our key technical contact in French-speaking Switzerland.

Your responsibilities

Work alongside our Key Account Managers during client meetings requiring technical expertise and contribute to defining the proposed solutions.

Analyse client needs, identify suitable solutions, and coordinate their implementation.

Take charge of the technical and operational follow-up of projects, from definition to deployment.

Develop an in-depth mastery of our ordering platforms, collaborative platforms, and digital solutions dedicated notably to construction projects.

Provide support and guidance to clients in using our platforms and digital solutions.

Organise and lead user training sessions as well as introductory sessions for our clients’ project teams.

Coordinate projects relying on the skills of our production teams and the group’s specialists.

Be the technical liaison in French-speaking Switzerland for the teams based in Zurich and facilitate the deployment of new solutions.

Participate in projects related to the evolution of our equipment, solutions, and processes.

Your profile

Very good command of French and good professional proficiency in German, necessary to collaborate effectively with our teams based in Zurich.

Comfortable with digital tools, digital platforms, and technical environments.

Experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering & Construction) sectors, printing, or visual communication is an asset.

Autonomous, pragmatic, and solution- and results-oriented, you enjoy understanding issues, taking initiatives, and advancing projects.

Excellent interpersonal skills, with real ease in client interactions and working with multidisciplinary teams.

Capable of managing several projects and contacts simultaneously while maintaining a structured and client-focused approach.

You wish to develop your expertise, gradually broaden your scope of responsibilities, and eventually move towards a managerial role.
