About the job
What you will do here
- Develop, lead and implement research projects in the Innovation Field Psychosocial Health as well as acquire third-party funding
- Establish an independent research focus and strategically further develop it
- Strengthen the professional and methodological expertise of the innovation field and promote its national and international networking
- Disseminate research results appropriately to target groups in science, practice and politics
- Support, supervise and accompany students at MSc and PhD level as well as design, develop and conduct courses for health professions
What you ideally bring with you
- University degree in nursing, health or social sciences with a doctorate and proven research experience at this disciplinary interface
- Experience in the conception, acquisition, management and dissemination of research projects in basic and applied research
- Expertise in interactive-participatory methods and experience in working with different stakeholders and decision-makers
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written, as well as a proven publication record
- Good knowledge of the Swiss research funding landscape and the healthcare system as well as experience in inter- and transdisciplinary collaboration
