-You coordinate personnel deployment within your shift and, together with your team, ensure a smooth production flow.
-You take on the professional leadership of employees, support them in their daily work, and ensure clear task distribution.
-You monitor ongoing production processes, identify technical deviations, and develop practical solutions for sustainable improvement.
-You optimise existing workflows and contribute your own ideas to continuously develop quality, productivity, and process reliability.
-You ensure compliance with quality, environmental, and occupational safety requirements and actively participate in professional exchanges within production.
-You prepare shift reports and production documentation and ensure reliable information transfer between shifts.
-You bring several years of practical experience in setting up, monitoring, and optimising injection moulding machines and production processes.
-Ideally, you have already led employees professionally or taken responsibility for coordinating a production team.
-You possess a strong technical understanding, quickly recognise interrelationships, and approach challenges in a structured and solution-oriented manner.
-You work independently, reliably, and with quality awareness, maintaining an overview even in demanding production situations.
-You are a team-oriented person, communicate clearly, and gladly take responsibility for shared results.
-You have good German language skills and are willing to work in shifts.

Profile
-You have completed training as a Plastics Technologist EFZ or hold a comparable technical qualification with solid experience in plastic injection moulding.-You bring several years of practical experience in setting up, monitoring, and optimising injection moulding machines and production processes.
