Technical Sales Administrator 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Our client requires a technical sales administrator who receives and processes quotation requests from the sales team

• The position includes creating implementation concepts as well as calculating the necessary efforts for project execution

• Tasks include preparing commercial offers for customers

• Direct customer contact with consultations and on-site inspections is part of the role

• For larger projects, assembling and leading an internal bidding team is expected

• The decision on bid or no-bid is made in close coordination with sales

• Identifying and documenting project risks is part of the responsibilities

• After order placement by the customer, a clean project handover to the operations team must be ensured

What do I need to be successful?

• Our client is looking for an employee with a technical basic education, ideally in electrical engineering or the water hydraulics sector

• Experience in plant construction is desirable

• Professional experience in automation and control systems or a comparable field is required

• Teamwork, strong communication skills, independent working style, and economic thinking are important qualities for this position

• Very good German skills are required, good English skills are an advantage
