Your tasks
* Entry of delivery data and management of heavy vehicle data (Excel)
* Optimisation of existing spreadsheets and creation of new spreadsheets using Excel Macros.
* Preparation of transport documents, invoicing operations and follow-up
* Accounting for consigned transport auxiliaries
* Design and production of educational videos
* Writing and handling emails
* Creation and monitoring of materials to centralise customer complaints
* Support for the site central administration (work clothes, employee entries and exits, etc.)

* Good to very good results in final compulsory schooling exams and during the three years of sixth form
* Organisational skills and sense of responsibility
* Autonomy and versatility
* Quick-wittedness, flexibility and a positive attitude
* Friendliness and interest in human contact
* Proficiency in office tools (MS Office, especially Excel)
* Ease with working with numbers
* Mastery of the French language, writing fluency and good spelling
* German is a plus
