YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Technical leadership and further development of the engineering specialist group
- Definition and implementation of the strategic roadmap for engineering processes, methods, and systems
- Standardisation and harmonisation of engineering processes, working methods, and standards across multiple international locations
- Further development and optimisation of the engineering system landscape with a focus on CATIA V5 and Teamcenter
- Collection, analysis, and prioritisation of requirements from the business as well as creation of technical specifications
- Management and support of implementation together with IT, application management, and specialist departments
- Organisation, execution, and approval of tests and acceptance inspections
- Ensuring compliance with defined processes, standards, and best practices
- Continuous identification and implementation of optimisation potentials in processes, systems, and working methods
- Training and coaching of key users as well as support for locations in the introduction of new standards and solutions
YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- Completed studies in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, systems engineering, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in the engineering environment
- Experience in technical or disciplinary leadership of teams
- Very good knowledge of CATIA V5 and Teamcenter
- Profound understanding of engineering, CAD, PDM, and PLM processes
- Proven experience in the standardisation and harmonisation of processes across multiple locations
- Strong communication, moderation, and mediation skills
- High social competence and the ability to reconcile different interests and establish sustainable solutions
- Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented working style
- Very good German and English skills
