Are you a creative mind with a passion for plant-based cuisine and place great value on quality and expanding your skills?Working hours: Basically Monday to Friday in Zurich Seefeld (with readiness for evening and weekend shifts at events and functions)Your tasks:
- (Further) development of recipes: For our 13 restaurants as well as our creative studio in Zurich Seefeld, you create innovative recipes and are responsible for the operational implementation at the buffet
- Quality management: You conduct process and quality control and coordinate between interfaces
- Initiative: You are responsible and organise your workday independently
- Data quality: You maintain recipes in the ERP system, comprehensively and completely
- Food trends: You recognise new trends early, monitor the market and pursue the goal of implementing new ideas promptly in practice
Your profile:
- Completed vocational training as a chef and job-related further education
- Several years of experience in developing and optimising recipes
- Affinity for the variety of raw materials and cooking methods
- Instinct for current food trends and combination possibilities
- Comprehensive knowledge in the areas of food safety, labelling and legal requirements
- Creativity combined with implementation strength
- Strong communication skills in collaboration with internal and external interfaces
