Trainer: Automation Technician (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
You accompany apprentices during their training in the field of automation and support them both professionally and personally
You impart practical knowledge and sustainably build technical skills
You realise projects together with apprentices and promote their personal responsibility
You strengthen the professional, methodological and social skills of the junior staff
Qualifications:
You have completed training as an Automation Technician EFZ
You ideally hold the qualification as a trainer with a federal specialist certificate
You have experience in leading or supporting employees/apprentices
You convince with pedagogical skills, structured working and entrepreneurial thinking
You are communicative, flexible, resilient and enjoy working in a team
