On behalf of a client, we are seeking a technically skilled individual for an established industrial company in the field of precision manufacturing and quality management. The company produces high-quality components for demanding industries and relies on state-of-the-art measurement and testing technologies to ensure the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Conducting initial sampling, incoming goods, intermediate, and final inspections
Operating coordinate measuring machines (3D metrology) as well as other measuring and testing equipment
Creating and evaluating measurement protocols and quality reports
Analysing and documenting quality deviations
Supporting production with measurement-related queries
Carrying out test planning and test equipment capability analyses
Managing and calibrating measuring and testing equipment
Participating in continuous improvement, quality, and optimisation projects
Collaborating with production, engineering, and quality management
Qualifications:
Technical basic training as a polymechanic EFZ, production mechanic EFZ, draftsman EFZ or equivalent
Further training as a quality specialist with a federal certificate, process specialist with a federal certificate, or technician HF is an advantage
Experience in industrial metrology and quality assurance
Knowledge of coordinate measuring machines and technical drawings
Very good German skills as well as good knowledge of common MS Office applications
