Entry into High Voltage Technology

As a certified electrician EFZ or automation technician EFZ, you will work with us on system-relevant high-voltage transformers. Even without prior experience, you will build your expertise during a professional introduction and gradually take on more responsibility.

Your Tasks

• You carry out maintenance and repair work on high-voltage transformers in the BKW network as well as at external customers
• You actively participate in the assembly, overhaul and commissioning of high-voltage transformers
• You test technical components and help to professionally rectify identified deviations and faults
• You carefully prepare your assignments and coordinate them with internal specialist departments, partner companies and customers
• You consistently comply with applicable safety regulations, thereby making an important contribution to high work quality
• With experience, you take on increasingly demanding tasks and your own areas of responsibility

Your Profile

• Completed training as a certified electrician EFZ or automation technician EFZ
• Strong interest in high-voltage technology, energy systems and electromechanical contexts
• You enjoy practical work and assignments at different locations
• Independence, diligence and a high awareness of safety characterise your working style
• You are motivated to continuously develop yourself and to work in a demanding specialist field over several years
• Your German skills are business fluent and you hold a category B driving licence
