Role:
As a Service Technician for Elevator Systems and Escalators, you ensure the reliable and safe operation of our systems. You independently plan and carry out maintenance and repair work, troubleshoot faults and perform minor repairs directly on site. With your technical understanding and customer-oriented manner, you provide professional service and high system availability.
Responsibilities:
Independent planning and execution of maintenance and repair work on elevator systems and escalators according to the maintenance schedule
Analysis and resolution of faults
Carrying out minor repairs and technical adjustments
Periodic assumption of the on-call service
Recording and documentation of completed repair work
Ensuring compliance with quality, safety and deadline requirements
Direct contact with customers and local contacts
Qualifications:
Completed technical vocational training, e.g. as electrician EFZ, electrical fitter, agricultural machinery mechanic, mechanical engineer or comparable qualification
Professional experience in technical service or maintenance is an advantage
Customer-oriented and professional demeanour
Independent, responsible and reliable working style
Team-oriented, flexible and ready-to-deploy personality
Good physical condition
Residence in the region
Driving licence category B
