Nurse or Specialist in Long-Term Care, Dementia Area, Part-Time 40 - 80 (m/f/d)

Tasks

• You take on the competent and individual care and support of guests with dementia and recognise changes in order to initiate necessary measures
• In addition, you carry out activating measures and daily activities and participate in team meetings
• You actively communicate with relatives, legal guardians and other involved persons
• In doing so, you work closely with the well-coordinated team during the day shift and also take on daily responsibility
• The workload can, depending on your preference, be between 40 and 80%

Requirements

• You have training as a nurse or specialist in long-term care
• Furthermore, your enthusiasm for long-term care is great and you help to further develop this holistically managed and innovative home
• Joy and empathy for people with dementia are natural to you
• Do you also describe yourself as empathetic, committed and responsible?
