Your tasks:
- You advise prospective students empathetically and service-oriented – even if they are still uncertain.
- You check study place applications according to guidelines and handle the admission administratively.
- You work closely with the programme managements and ensure a smooth process until the start of studies.
- You support the co-supervision of the Welcome Desk – the place where our customers come with their concerns – and contribute flexibly to the team when support is needed.
Your profile:
- Commercial training EFZ or comparable qualification
- German (native speaker or equivalent), English (at least B2) – French is a plus
- You are communicative, digitally savvy and act independently
- You work precisely, reliably and with great care
