We in the production Sursee specialize in filling small metal goods and processing aluminum profiles. Additionally, we offer a wide range of services in the areas of packaging and shipping as well as industrial assembly. Furthermore, we run a powerful gastronomy and housekeeping in the restaurants Cayenne and Bison in Sursee as well as in Lumen in Schenkon.

Tasks
- Cooking at a modern, healthy, and high-quality level
- Active collaboration with people with disabilities as well as support in funding and internal compensation offers
- Taking over and leading the daily production process
- Supporting the head chef in planning the menu
- Acting as deputy to the head chef in their absence
- Executing production orders and processing external orders
- Organizing and ensuring the quality of services
- Willingness to work on occasional special events (evenings and weekends)
Requirements
- Completed training as a cook EFZ
- Several years of professional experience in upscale gastronomy, ideally with experience in the areas of Cook & Chill as well as à la carte
- Further training in work pedagogy is an advantage
- Enjoyment in working with and promoting people with disabilities
- Strong organizational talent with a solution-oriented and networked way of thinking
- Flexible, team-oriented personality with a positive demeanor
- Very good oral and written German as well as MS Office skills (MS Teams)
