Your Tasks
You are the first point of contact for our emergency patients and their relatives and ensure the administrative processing.
- Responsible for patient admission, case data management, and administrative follow-up of patient data (personal details, insurance)
- Receiving telephone inquiries and scheduling patient appointments
- Responsible for service control, timely report dispatch, and clarification of insurance inquiries
- Taking on shift duties (early, late, weekend, and holiday shifts)
Your Profile
- Commercial basic training or comparable training in healthcare (e.g., pharmaceutical assistant, MPA) with several years of professional experience in a similar role
- High social competence: You treat people respectfully and professionally and keep an overview even in hectic situations
- Committed, team-oriented personality with quick comprehension and an independent, structured, and quality-conscious working style
- Confident German, good spoken French skills, and very good IT user skills
- Willingness to work in shift and weekend services
