Your field of work:

• You work independently and with great enthusiasm for project success and take responsibility for individual projects to achieve the greatest possible impact
• You acquire new partner organizations (companies including training companies, public administrations, schools) for our various projects and are responsible for the process from lead generation to closing
• You further develop our product portfolio and align customer needs with our mission
• You represent EnableMe at relevant events and conferences to strengthen our profile in the market
• You enjoy working in a diverse team and with partner organizations and jointly develop our offerings further

Your profile:

• You bring several years of experience in B2B / B2G sales or partnership development and/or in business development
• You have an entrepreneurial, hands-on mindset and enjoy responsibility in a dynamic environment
• Ideally, you have a completed university degree (or comparable education) in business, marketing, or a related field
• You have flawless Swiss German, High German as well as good English skills, with French as a plus
• You have a strong affinity for the topic of disabilities and chronic illnesses
• You are a team player, flexible, and solution-oriented person with a lot of initiative
