Pension Expert (f/m) General Agency Lugano 100%
Your typical day
- You process leads from your general agency and, as a coach, support advisers in their specialist development and sales activities.
- You nurture existing relationships and actively acquire new clients for private pensions.
- You conduct pension consultations, in person or remotely, and develop individual solutions to sell successfully.
- You strengthen the bond with the portfolio clients, recognise sales opportunities, and work closely with colleagues to utilise cross-selling and up-selling potentials.
- You use modern tools for valuable client interactions and present yourself with cutting-edge marketing and sales measures.
- You respond to client requests and questions collaboratively and with great empathy.
Your contribution
- Main requirements:
- Have completed professional training and obtained the AFA life profile certification (preferably AFA all branches). Additional qualifications, such as IAF financial adviser, are a plus!
- Have at least three years of experience in pension consultancy and pursue your sales goals with great passion.
- Convey that you love contact with people, can empathise with clients, understand their needs, and tailor advice personally, offering solutions consistent with their needs and objectives.
- Express yourself very well in Italian (spoken and written) and speak other national languages.
- Have a large network of contacts, have nurtured it for some time, and live in the Lugano/Bellinzona area.
- Be flexible and available to travel for consultations outside the agency and, if necessary, outside official hours.
