Mission

You lead the transport team in French-speaking Switzerland, composed of around 150 employees spread across several sites, and ensure optimal planning, development, and training of the staff
You develop and implement the delivery strategy for French-speaking Switzerland and plan various scenarios for the delivery zones
You manage daily activities and guarantee, in collaboration with the relevant stakeholders, the complete and timely delivery of customer orders
You are responsible for costs, budget, and fleet management while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and legal requirements
You continuously optimise internal processes, monitor market developments, develop new more efficient delivery strategies, and participate in or lead projects related to delivery logistics

You have training in logistics and transport, complemented by higher education
You have at least 5 years of professional experience, including practical experience in a management role, and proven leadership skills in a modern logistics company
You are comfortable interacting with various stakeholders and stand out for a strong customer orientation
You are a communicative, flexible, assertive personality with a global vision, excellent organisational skills, and a genuine interest in process optimisation
You are proficient in MS Office as well as various logistics tools such as SAP, are a native French speaker, and have at least a B2 level in German. You are also willing to travel within the coop.ch delivery area in French-speaking Switzerland (pool vehicle available at the workplace)
