For our unique centre for developmental and neuropsychiatry in Switzerland (treatments for people with intellectual developmental disorders 18+) at the attractive location Windisch, we are looking for a suitable reinforcement from September or by arrangement as
Tasks
- Ensuring a high-quality and contemporary psychiatric-psychotherapeutic care based on legal and operational frameworks as well as professional recommendations (inpatient, outreach and outpatient)
- Leading the multiprofessional and interdisciplinary team taking into account the values and leadership principles of PDAG
- Ensuring the achievement of current annual goals as well as other quantitative and qualitative objectives of the organisational unit
- Ensuring careful and structured case documentation
- Ensuring professional training or "on-the-job training" of subordinate employees as well as training supervisions
- Collaboration in the multiprofessional and interdisciplinary team
- Participation in PDAG's training, further education and advanced training offers
- Public relations and network maintenance in the context of various events
- Participation in projects, assignments and adjustments according to clinic management
- Participation in the PDAG duty system
Profile
- Completed specialist training in psychiatry and psychotherapy
- Interest in the special field of developmental and neuropsychiatry
- Sense of responsibility, reliability and ability to work in a team
- High social skills, independent and efficient working style as well as high resilience
- Enjoyment of multiprofessional and interdisciplinary collaboration
- Identification with our corporate values: courage, commitment and trust
- Very good leadership skills (CAS Leadership)
- Strategic and business management skills
