To strengthen our team at Autohaus Küng AG in Gebenstorf, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed, customer-oriented personality as Customer Service Advisor 100%

What you bring:

Completed vocational training in the automotive industry
Professional experience as a customer service advisor is an advantage
Brand knowledge in Škoda, Nissan or Volvo desirable
Strong customer and service orientation as well as a professional appearance
Independent, structured and reliable way of working
High commitment, flexibility and team spirit
Sales flair and entrepreneurial thinking

Your tasks are:

Competent personal and telephone advice and support of our customers
Coordination and accompaniment of workshop orders from acceptance to vehicle handover
Preparation of offers, repair orders and invoices
Processing and handling of warranty claims
Ensuring a high service quality and compliance with our quality standards
Active sale of services and additional offers
Support in the implementation of marketing and sales activities
