Professional nursing and care of our patients in our Cardiology & Cardiac Surgery department is a matter close to our hearts. You can expect an exciting patient clientele, primarily undergoing interventional diagnostics and therapy in our care. In this department, we train both FH/HF nursing students and apprentices to become healthcare professionals. To strengthen the department's trainer team, we are looking for a committed and motivated individual.

Your Main Tasks
- Together with your trainer team in the department, consisting of a FaGe trainer and trainer, you take responsibility for the vocational training of our apprentices and students
- Within the framework of learning and working groups (LAG), you work with the trainees at the patient’s bedside
- You are the contact person for the department regarding questions about vocational training and enable your team to fulfil the training mandate
- In this role, there is the opportunity to become a member of the department’s Shared-Governance leadership team
What Distinguishes You?
- You are a qualified nurse HF / FH and have at least one year of professional experience in an acute hospital
- You have a pedagogical further education (SVEB 1), or are willing to complete this with us
- You speak the language of Generation Z and know how to motivate trainees and inspire enthusiasm for the specialty
