The Wildbach Wetzikon is home to around 168 residents and an employer for 280 staff. The modern care centre is located in the middle of a beautiful park within a short walking distance to Wetzikon station.

Your tasks
- You care for and support our residents professionally, individually and resource-oriented.
- You design the care process professionally and responsibly.
- As the person responsible for the day, you lead through the day and ensure a smooth process together with the team.
- You are responsible for the emergency phone of the entire house and ensure professional support if necessary.
- You actively bring your professional expertise and ideas into everyday care.
You bring with you:
- Training as a certified nursing specialist HF or an equivalent recognition.
- Good German skills in spoken and written form.
- Joy and empathy in dealing with elderly people.
- Sense of responsibility, independence and high social competence.
- Team spirit and willingness to find solutions together.
