ZurichYour Tasks
- You are responsible for the personnel and professional leadership of the educational specialists and classroom assistants.
- You develop the educational offer together with the department management and other team leaders.
- You create curricula and are involved in drafting the concepts.
- You plan, conduct and evaluate the lessons (German as a second language and mathematics) according to the pedagogical-andragogical and didactic-methodical principles of AOZ.
- You work together with the coaches and participate in class exchanges, target agreements, status assessments and report card discussions with the participants.
- You write meaningful interim and final reports.
Your Profile
- Teaching qualification for primary or lower/upper secondary level I / II or Federal Specialist Certificate Trainer*in with tertiary degree, leadership training (CAS or similar)
- Solid methodological-didactic knowledge; teaching experience in German as a second language and mathematics
- Knowledge of the Swiss education landscape – especially the vocational education system; knowledge of contemporary developments in the subjects taught and in teaching methodology; sound knowledge of learning processes and developmental stages in adolescents and young adults
- High practical and implementation knowledge, ideally experience in youth work / adult education

Your Salary
Your gross salary for a 100% workload is expected to be between 90,000 and 115,000 Swiss francs per year.
The exact salary depends on your education and professional experience. During the selection process, we will determine your salary based on our salary guidelines. Applicants who do not yet have the required knowledge or experience may be classified below the salary range in individual cases. Additionally, AOZ pays allowances for work at night and on Sundays. Further salary development depends on your performance and AOZ's financial possibilities.
