To strengthen our team in the Beauty sector, we are looking immediately or to be agreed, for a permanent position at the Geneva site, for a motivated and committed person as Assistant Floor Manager, 100%.
Your responsibilities
- You support the Floor Manager in their daily activities.
- You ensure the implementation of operational activities on the sales floor.
- You are responsible for neat merchandising.
- You accompany and coach the sales staff on the sales floor.
- You ensure a customer-oriented organisation.
- You oversee product availability and stock management and communicate specific needs to headquarters.
- You lead meetings with the sales team.
- You are responsible for achieving agreed budget and performance objectives.
Your profile
- Ideally, you have completed basic training in retail, preferably in the beauty/cosmetics sector.
- You have solid experience in sales and customer advice within a premium environment.
- You have initial experience in a supervisory or team coordination role.
- You are capable of organising and supporting a team independently and professionally.
- You are passionate about the beauty world, market trends and customer experience.
- You demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and know how to offer personalised support to a demanding clientele.
- You remain calm and prioritise effectively in a dynamic, high-traffic environment.
- You speak French fluently; proficiency in another language is an advantage.
