You lead and develop the controlling team and ensure meaningful financial and performance-related management.
You coordinate the budgeting process and support the departments in budgeting, financial, performance and investment planning.
You prepare forecasts, scenario analyses and management reports and derive relevant recommendations for action.
You further develop controlling instruments and reporting solutions and conduct regular controlling discussions with the responsible departments.
You analyse outpatient and inpatient performance data, tariffs and revenues and assess the economic efficiency of medical services.
You drive BI, digitalisation and automation topics forward and use data analyses as well as AI applications for controlling.
You advise management, HR and line managers on personnel costs, profitability calculations and business cases.
Qualifications:
You have a degree in business administration, finance, controlling, business informatics or a comparable qualification.
You bring several years of professional experience in controlling, ideally from the healthcare or hospital environment.
You have a good understanding of data models and data architectures as well as experience with BI solutions such as Power BI, Qlik or Databricks.
You convince with pronounced analytical and conceptual skills, a strong affinity for numbers and a precise way of working.
You are a communicative and reliable personality with very good German skills and enjoy leading and advising different stakeholders.
