As part of its development, the Ghelfi Group is seeking, for its design office Atlante Architecture Agency, a Project Manager
Mission
To orchestrate the work from design to handover, ensuring planning and coordination of all project stakeholders, while ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs and quality standards. They are responsible for the profitability and smooth running of the site.
Tasks
Preparation and execution of works
Site planning (workload plan, schedule, site installation plan, etc.) and distribution of relevant information to all stakeholders
Preparation of tenders, submissions, comparisons, awards, and definition of working methods
Coordination of the preliminary project (technical choices, preliminary meetings, etc.) Supervision of site preparation (site installation, permit requests, selection of materials, equipment and machinery, etc.)
Implementation of solutions to optimise results and meet objectives throughout the site
Organisation of work and adjustments or updates to the schedule
Ensuring the application of the H&S Plan (Health and Safety Plan) by workers
Supporting and motivating teams to ensure planned objectives are met
Identifying and proposing all necessary actions for staff skills development
Periodically evaluating staff and subcontractors
Handling all administrative formalities (documents, contracts, various correspondence, invoicing, filing and archiving of documents, etc.)
Ensuring traceability of various events, and availability and validity of minutes
Ensuring complete delivery of the work, including final account settlement with the Client, subcontractors and agents
Managing the environmental issues of the site: responsible and sensitive to environmental aspects, enforcing defined standards and tools (general conditions, subcontractor and supplier contracts, HSE Plan, audits, etc.)
Commercial
Maintaining good relations on site with the client and various stakeholders (client, project manager, control bodies, subcontractors, neighbours, agents…)
Meeting client needs
Establishing and developing relationships with clients to add value to the work and/or propose technical variants for better profitability
Architectural
Responsible for respecting and defending the architectural concept and its quality of execution in collaboration with the architect
Checking execution and fabrication plans in collaboration with the architect
In collaboration with the MPQ/CAMAC architect, preparing the administrative and technical file necessary to obtain the occupancy permit.
Responsibilities
Ensuring the smooth running of execution and the site, from the study phase to the revision file according to the terms of the contract with the Client
Managing the relationship with the Client from SIA 41 to 53 phases for execution matters and project success
Managing subcontractors and agents, or any other stakeholder related to the execution
Financial management of the site (contracts, invoicing, disputes, etc.)
Preparing DT mandate offers to the Client if needed. Control will be carried out by the Manager and final validation by Management.
Representing the company at all times with stakeholders, ensuring exemplary execution quality and maintaining a professional attitude
Reconciling costs and reporting possible process and technical improvements.

Solid experience in project management
Natural leadership and ability to unite teams
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with rigour and autonomy
Proactive and solution-oriented
Between 5 and 10 years of experience in the field
