What is my role?

In your position, you will take on the following tasks:

• Professional and organisational management of medical consultations and secretariats

• Planning and organisation of processes

• Support of quality assurance and interdisciplinary projects

• Writing medical reports from dictation

• General administrative tasks

• Representing the team leaders of clinical operations during absences

• Supporting the team in consultations and the outpatient laboratory

What do I need to be successful?

• Basic medical training (MPA, MPK, FaGe or similar)

• Ideally commercial further training

• Professional and leadership experience

• Experience in process optimisation

• Very good PC skills

• Ideally knowledge of Navision and KISIM

• Confident medical terminology

• Fluent expression

• High social and communication competence

• Teamwork skills

• Independent, responsible and reliable working style
