What you can achieve:
- You support purchasing and category management of the 3PP category in managing local suppliers and the purchasing process
- You are responsible for maintaining and managing article master data and act as an important interface to data management
- You reliably and conscientiously check and process invoices as well as quality reports
- Together with internal departments such as sales, category management, trade marketing, and finance, as well as external partners, especially suppliers, you ensure efficient and smooth process flows.
- You support the team with diverse administrative tasks and actively contribute to project meetings and discussions as needed
Your backpack:
- A completed commercial apprenticeship or comparable professional experience
- An exact way of working as well as enjoyment in dealing with numbers and data
- Very good knowledge of common IT tools (Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Power BI), SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written
