Home Care Health Assistant M/F at 80%
Your mission:
- Provide hygiene and comfort care to the person
- Assist with daily living activities
- Accompany on external errands
- Participate in the overall support of patients
- Help with washing, daily tasks, meals, cleaning the home, laundry
- Assist with bedtime, monitoring patients' health status
- Communicate with a multidisciplinary team regarding the patient’s condition
Your profile:
Knowledge of Medlink software is desirable
You are dynamic, autonomous, and flexible,
Very well presented, good interpersonal skills, and good listening ability,
