At the Contact Centre at our Ostermundigen (BE) location, we are offering an apprenticeship as a Customer Dialogue Specialist EFZ starting 1 August 2027.
What to expect
During the 3-year training, you will work not only in the Contact Centre but also in various areas: in case intake, in a section, and in Service Excellence Management.
Customer dialogue specialists advise our members and potential new customers and conduct sales talks about our club products. Customer orientation is paramount in all activities and is therefore the training focus of this basic education.
You will learn to communicate appropriately for the situation and audience in all areas of customer contact, to respond to different customer types, to conduct conversations in various languages, and to answer written and telephone customer enquiries. In doing so, you will also become familiar with our products and services as well as the use of various systems and databases.
What you bring
- You enjoy daily telephone and written contact with our members and customers as much as accurately recording and documenting information
- You count communication skills among your key strengths
- German is your mother tongue and you are confident in both spoken and written language. Additionally, you have very good prior knowledge of French
- You are reliable, upbeat, and a team player
- Working with a variety of different colleagues in an open-plan office sounds diverse and appealing to you
- You can demonstrate good academic performance and a joy of learning
