HR Officer (80 - 100 %)
This is what you will achieve with us
- Support for HR professionals in all administrative matters related to
our employees
- Participation in applicant management (correspondence, documentation, etc.)
- Administrative processing from entry to exit (contracts, changes, certificates, time tracking, statistics, etc.)
- Maintenance and updating of digital and physical personnel files
- Assistance in monthly payroll processing
- Support for projects and internal processes
This is what you bring with you
- Completed commercial training, ideally with further education in the HR field
- First experience in the HR field or in a comparable administrative function
- Strong organizational skills as well as an independent, precise, structured, and reliable working style
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent social skills with a high level of service orientation and discretion
