We are looking for a kitchen manager who, with creative passion and a regional focus, reshapes and actively implements our kitchen – from the bistro and café area of Villa Merian to the Restaurant Iris, the lively meeting point and heart of the gardens, to the banquet area for the entire site in the Merian Gardens. 🍃

Your menu:
• Leadership and inspiration: As the head of the kitchen, you are responsible for management, developing innovative, seasonal menu concepts together with the overall manager for Villa Merian & Restaurant Iris. You are the key person who actively implements and stays on the pulse of the times (or the stove).
• Regionality and willingness to experiment: You rely on the treasures of our region and bring fresh, cheeky ideas to life on the plates – every dish becomes a real taste experience.
• Creative catering: Whether small private parties or large corporate events – you plan, organize, and create extraordinary catering experiences across the entire Merian Gardens site.
• Team leadership and coaching: Together with the long-standing head chef of Restaurant Iris, you lead and motivate your team, promote an open, creative working atmosphere, and further develop the team.
• Terms like sous vide, green vacuum, or shock freezing are not foreign to you.
