SONNHALDE in Grünigen is an innovative company that belongs to the Peter di Gallo AG group. Our care and support centre with a focus on psychiatry in long-term care has around 300 beds, spread over 14 wards with a total of 320 employees.

Activation Specialist

(Workload 60% - 80%)

Your tasks

Planning and conducting resource-oriented groups
Planning and conducting knitting groups, cooking groups, baking groups, aromatherapy, creative studio
Developing and implementing your own creative ideas and projects
Designing seasonal decorations
Planning and conducting events, occasions and excursions
Collaboration with the activation team and the various departments of SONNHALDE
Interdisciplinary exchange
2-3 weekend shifts per year.

You bring with you

Experience in activation – shaping everyday life, group joy and experience in creative design
A creative, open and imaginative personality
Experience working with people with mental health impairments
Empathy, teamwork skills and enjoyment in working with people
Independent and reliable working style
Flexibility and enjoyment of teamwork
Training in activation or social work as well as a creative and manual flair.
Experience with electronic patient documentation (Care Coach) is an advantage.
