Support and further development of digital specialist solutions for an efficient care routine.
Handling user enquiries and coordinating technical matters with internal and external partners.
Planning and accompanying releases, feature expansions, and quality assurance.
Designing smooth integrations between specialist systems and continuously improving existing processes.
Conducting training sessions and supporting super users, working groups, and ICT projects.
Qualifications:
Completed vocational training in healthcare combined with advanced knowledge in IT or application support.
Practical experience in a comparable role, preferably in healthcare.
Enjoyment of modern technologies and a good sense of the needs of users.
Structured, reliable, and independent working style with strong problem-solving skills.
Didactic skills, confident appearance, and very good written and spoken German skills.
